Check-In is at 1:30 PM and Check-out is at 10:30 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out will be permitted based on villa availability and on additional charge of ₹ 2,000 / Hour.
If a guest does not check out by 11:00 AM, ₹ 2,000 per hour will be deducted from the security deposit.
All guests must present original government-issued photo identification at check-in. Kindly note that PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID.
Upon arrival, please complete the check-in form and settle the remaining balance along with a ₹15,000 security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable, subject to inspection of the property after check-out.

Please lock your room doors when stepping out for your own security.
Guests are encouraged to take care of personal belongings. Management is not liable for theft, loss, or damage.
Kindly use the designated outdoor area for smoking, as indoor smoking is not permitted.
The basic kitchen is available for preparing light meals such as tea, coffee, and instant noodles.
Power outages may occur. A generator is available for essential services, but we appreciate your understanding that no compensation will be provided.
If you encounter any issues with electronic appliances (AC, geyser, TV, etc.), please inform the caretaker. Our team will address it promptly. However, we are unable to offer compensation.

To maintain the serenity of the area, outdoor music is not permitted after 9:30 PM. Music indoors is allowed at low volume.
Commercial photography or videography is allowed only with prior written approval.

Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please supervise children at all times, as there are no lifeguards.
Food and drinks are not permitted inside the pool. During the monsoon, occasional frogs may be present; please inform the caretaker for assistance.

Children under 18 are welcome only when accompanied by family.
To maintain a peaceful environment, bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed.
All guests are expected to maintain decorum. Any disruptive behaviour may lead to removal from the property without refund.
Combustible, hazardous, or objectionable items must not be brought onto the premises.
Activities such as gambling, use of drugs or weapons, and any illegal conduct are strictly prohibited.
Guests are liable for any damage to the property or its belongings, which may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Please refrain from modifying, altering, or rearranging furniture or any part of the property.
Guests are responsible for any fines, complaints, or legal action resulting from their conduct.
Please note: the management is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during your stay.
WiFi and satellite TV services are subject to the performance of the respective providers. We seek your understanding in case of interruptions.
