Terms and Conditions
To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience at The Poetree Villa Resort, kindly take note of the following general terms and operational policies, applicable alongside our
House Rules:
- A confirmed booking requires 30% in advance.
- All food charges and the ₹20,000 security deposit are to be paid in advance upon arrival.
- A confirmed reservation requires full payment before the check-in.
- The resort premises are strictly for registered guests; unlisted visitors are not permitted.
- Foreign nationals must present valid passport and visa documentation at check-in.
- The security deposit is refundable after inspection of the property, typically within 1 working days, provided no damages, delays, or violations are observed.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and will attract an additional fee of ₹2,000/hour.
- Check-out beyond 11:00 AM will result in ₹2,000/hour being deducted from the security deposit.
- Commercial activities, videography, or photography require prior written approval from management.
- Activities of a commercial or unlawful nature are not permitted within the property. Any unlawful or inappropriate activities—including gambling, drug use, possession of weapons, or misconduct—will result in immediate removal without refund.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining decorum, avoiding damage to resort property, and complying with local laws and resort policies.
- The Poetree Villa Resort is located amidst lush green farms and elevated terrain, which may invite occasional insects, frogs, or small wildlife. Guests are advised to keep doors and windows closed in the evenings to ensure comfort.
- Power outages, though rare, may occur. A backup generator will be activated to restore essential services within approximately 10–15 minutes.
- WiFi services are provided by third-party providers; the resort is not liable for temporary disruptions.
- Booking charges are subject to change depending on seasonal pricing and promotional segments.
